I was collecting money for book orders
and one of my students paid in $2 bills!
I don't recall ever seeing one of these before!
I wasn't sure at first if it was real, but mom
and Jeremy confirmed that it was.
Then I wanted to keep it like a collectible,
but Jeremy spent it, saying we can get more
whenever we want from the bank.
Have any of you ever seen one before?

I have two of them :-p I think they do look fake too so it throws me off every time i see it
Yes,they most definitely are real, just not very common! My dad used to keep one in his billfold like good luck. Also, if you go to Thomas Jefferson's home, Monticello, they use them to make change for your purchases.
